British artist Matthew Lindop draws his inspiration from the urban environment. Lindop has a BA (Hons) in Fine Art, he has developed a distinctive style using household gloss paints. His paintings and highly detailed illustrations depict cityscapes void of life.

His paintings have been exhibited throughout the UK, Europe and North America. His illustrations have been used by British Airways, British Telecom and Esquire Magazine.
